THE NOTION OF MOTION

THE NOTION OF MOTION

I decided to do this project in two parts. The first part of the project is shot with a relatively stable camera. These shots capture motion, either frozen or blurred, through that stable camera. The second set of photos in this series captures motion through a moving camera. While many, if not all of the images are stills, the camera is moving while capturing them, causing unique and interesting variations of texture and motion to be seen throughout.
